Using carbide tip drill bits, Sean Buino shows us how to create much needed drainage holes in a concrete planter. In this case, he is using two carbide tip drill bits: one to create a pilot hole and a second to make the hole large enough to create an adequate drainage hole for the herbs that will be going into the concrete planter.
