DIY Green Bug Spray for the Garden

In this episode of Everyday Workbench, we are going to show you how to make an eco friendly bug spray that is suitable for your garden and your indoor houseplants.

The active ingriedient for this DIY spray is Castile soap, which on it's own is a natural insecticide. The solution is made of a few simple ingredients- Castile soap, olive oil, cayenne and water, all combined in a spray bottle. We are using peppermint Castile soap since it will give us some added bug resisting power (bugs don't like peppermint!).

This easy to make bug spray will help you fight those pesky leaf and flower eating pests the natural way!
