Single Family Home Rehab, West Town, Chicago
We started with a charming vintage brick cottage style city home and dug out the basement and built an addition to create additional living space for a growing family. HVAC, plumbing and electrical were completely redone. We added a functional gourmet kitchen, along with modern finishes to create this beautiful single family home in an urban setting.

Our team was responsible for restoring the historical facade, while adding 10 additional luxury apartments to this Southport Corridor property. Vintage charm meets modern luxe living.

The goals of this project was to emphasize the charms of a vintage dwelling on Chicago’s North Side. Modernizing systems and controls along with adding personalized character in the bathrooms and kitchen were accomplished while working with a great construction team!

Single Family Home Refresh, Hinsdale
A charming home in Chicago’s west suburbs needed a refresh before the new owners were to move in. The scope of work included a new master bathroom, a powder room update, added crown molding and a fresh coat of paint throughout the home. The Southport Construction team helped with the design build process ensuring that owners would be happy with all finishes including imported marble, grohe plumbing fixtures and a fresh color palette
